High School Football Live Streaming Production
Overview
FanVu partnered with our team to deliver reliable, professional live streaming coverage for high school football games across Northeast Ohio. The goal was to create a broadcast workflow that could scale across multiple venues while maintaining consistent video quality, instant replay capability, and seamless scoreboard integration—regardless of location or network conditions.
The Challenge
High school sports venues present unique production challenges. Each location has different field layouts, lighting conditions, and connectivity limitations. FanVu needed a flexible live streaming partner that could:

Chester Volunteer Fire Department
Chester Fall Bash Live Event Production
Overview
The Chester Volunteer Fire Department hosts an annual Fall Bash fundraiser that combines a large in-person audience with thousands of online participants. MediaQuest partnered with Chester VFD to deliver a hybrid event production that seamlessly connected the live crowd with viewers watching remotely.
Our role was to design and manage a reliable live streaming and AV solution that supported real-time raffle drawings, live announcements, and continuous audience engagement throughout the event.
Challenge and solution
The Fall Bash presents unique technical demands. The event runs for extended hours, includes frequent prize drawings, and must remain accessible to both on-site attendees and remote viewers.
MediaQuest provided a turnkey hybrid event production system tailored to the needs of a large-scale fundraiser. The production included multi-camera live video coverage, live switching for dynamic presentation, large screen displays for in-person attendees, professional audio reinforcement for presenters and announcements, and stable live streaming distribution for remote viewers.
This setup allowed the event to function smoothly for both audiences while keeping the focus on engagement and fundraising.

SHARE Pittsburgh is a regional conference that brings together corporate leaders, nonprofit organizations, and community advocates to foster collaboration and dialogue across industries. Cut ‘N’ Run (now MediaQuest) partnered with SHARE Pittsburgh to provide professional conference video production and content capture, supporting both live event needs and post-event marketing efforts.

The project combined live session capture, speaker highlight content, and event documentation — all tailored to the TEDx brand and audience.
